Ingredients:    
Green Gram : 1/2 kg
Jaggery : 1/2 kg
Maida Flour : 1/4 kg
Grated Coconut : 1 cup
Elachi : 5

Preparation:

Cook the green gram well. Take a kadai, put the jaggery, pour 2 spoons of water and make the jaggery melt.

Then add the cooked green gram and coconut into the jaggery, add some ellachi too. Make these items a paste and roll these into small balls, keep it aside.

Take the maida, add some water and stir well. Dip these balls into the maida paste and deep fry these balls.

The crispy suhiyan is ready to eat.
