Cooking Method :
Boil the milk in a pn till it reduces to half the quantity.
Transfer milk into a bowl.
Put water in 1 cup sugar to boil, let all the sugar
dissolve in the boiling water and birng into one thread consistency. Keep
the sugar syrup aside for later use.
Add flour to the cooled down milk and whisk it properly
leaving no lumps.
Add one cup sugar along with baking powder into the
batter and mix well.
Heat ghee in a pan and pour a spoonfull of the batter
to make round small pancakes
Fry it on low heat on both the sides. Once fried, dip
them in the sugar syrup and serve.
