Ingredients :    
Yogurt
- 1 cup
Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp
Green chilli
- 20
String beans
- 1 cup
Cluster beans
- 1 1/2 cup
Oil
- for frying
Salt - to taste

Method :

Wash the vegetables and part them dry. Make buttermilk by adding 1 cup water to the yogurt and churn it well.

Soak the vegetables in the buttermilk and leaves for 1 or 2 days.

Remove and sun dry the vegetables. Deep fry them.

Remove and sprinkle salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Serve hot
