Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a kadai. Add onions, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger garlic
paste, curry leaves and sauté well till it turns golden brown. Then add the chopped tomatoes,
garam masala, pepper powder, salt and sauté again. Add coriander leaves, grated
paneer, mix well and allow to fry for few minutes and serve.
This can be served along with dosas, rice, stuffed sandwich and stuffed
