Clear rice and sock for 2 hour. Drain well. Boil milk in a pressure
cooker. Add the rice, stir for a min. and close the lid.
Place the cooker on maximum heat and bring to full pressure. Reduce
to medium heat and cook for 10-12 min.
Open the cooker when cool. Add sugar and khoa and cook for 5 more min.
Add cardamom powder and blanched almonds. Cool and serve.
