Ingredients :

Maida
Chicken / Beef
For Masala
Chopped onion
Ginger
Green chillies
Tumeric powder
Red chilli powder
Garam masala

Cooking Method :

Make a dough of maida. Roll it in the size of puri.

Make chicken / beef masala - Fry the finely chopped onion, ginger and green chillies and then add tumeric, red chilli powder and garam masala to it and mix them well. Add minced boiled chicken / beaf to it.

Keep the puri into samoosa mould. Stuff it with beaf masala and close the mould. Make small pores with fork.

Heat oil in the pan and deep fry this ada. Erachi Ada is ready, Serve hot.
