Cooking Method :
Egg Masala - Fry finely chopped onion, ginger and green chillies and then add tumeric, red chilli powder and garam masala to it and mix them well.
Take the bread slices and take out the sides of it. Slighly wet the bread. Stuff the boiled egg white with the masala mix.
Wrap the stuffed egg white with bread and make a ball shape out of it. Dip these balls in beaten egg and roll it over bread crumps. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these balls. Fry till it turns brown and serve 'mutta entho akiyath' hot.
