Cooking Method :
Take two bread slices and apply maida batter on the sides of it.
Make chicken / beef masala - Fry the finely chopped onion, ginger and green chillies and then add tumeric, red chilli powder and garam masala to it and mix them well. Add minced boiled chicken / beaf to it.
Take some minced masala and make it into a flat round shape. Keep this at the center of one bread and cover it with the other bread piece. Slice this into two in a diagonal fashion
Next take some curry leaves, sesame seeds, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt. mix this well by adding smashed egg and water to it. To this add maida batter and mix it well. Dip the stuffed bread well in this mixture. Heat a pan and grease it with some oil. Roast both sides of this stuffed bread till it becomes brown in color. Roti Pathiri is ready to serve.
