Crispy Paneer

Ingredients :

   
Paneer - 150gm
Boiled n Mash Potato - 1
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbs
Chilly Sauce - 1 tbs
Red Chilly Powder - 2tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Vermicelli sev - roasted
Oil - for frying

Method:

Mesh potato and add all thing except paneer, vermiceli sev and oil. Add water that batter become medium thick sliced paneer into half round pieces.

Then merinade paneer into potato batter for half an hour.

Now dip paneer pieces into vermiceli sev.

Dip fry it in a hot flame.
