Bread Vada

Ingredients :

 
Bread - 4 pieces (bread containing no sugar)
Chilli Power - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Asafoetida Power - 1 pinch
Curry Leaves - 2 tsp (make each leaf into small pieces)
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp (cut into small pieces)
Water - as needed
Oil - as needed forfrying

Method :

Take the bread pieces in a bowl. Add chilli power, salt, asafoetida power, coriander and curry leaves. Make it a hard paste with water.

Wet the hand with water. Take the dough in small amounts in Hand and make a circular shape and make a hole in the center of the dough so that it gets a vada shape. When oil is hot in pan add this to oil and fry it until golden brown, may turn it upside down forfrying both sides.

Remove from oil and keep it in tissue paper so that excess oil gets removed off.
