Coconut Chutney with Tamarind

Ingredients:    
Grated coconut - ½ cup
Small onions - 4 to 5 no
Ginger - one small piece
Curry leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
Tamarind - one small piece
Green chillies - 3 to 4 no
Salt - to taste

procedure:

Grind the ingredients together. Make sure that you are grinding it with only a small quantity of water as the chutney is supposed to be thick. When it becomes a fine paste, transfer the mixture to a bowl.

You can serve the chutney either with rice or Biriyani
