Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder - in very small quantity
Eggplant - 150 gm (4-5), longitudinally cut slices
Oil - for frying
Salt - to taste

Preparation:

Mix Bengal gram flour with water to create a batter. Add a little salt for taste. Dip eggplant slices in the batter to coat and add a little red chilli powder on each side. Deep fry in very hot oil until crisp, drain on kitchen towel. Serve piping hot.
