Medium size Tomatoes
In a pan heat the oil and add chilly powder, turmeric powder,
curry leaves and stir for few seconds.
Now add sliced brinjal, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the extract of tamarind and stir, when it is cooked add asafoetida
and salt, mix well.
While stirring the brinjal pieces should not be smashed.
