Paneer is unsalted cheese, popular in India for its taste as well as health attributes.

Here is a recipe for Paneer Bhaji provided by Sunitha from Gurgaon, which is an excellent starter you can serve.

Ingredients:

Besan Flour

:

1cup

Panneer : 1cup
Mirch Powder : little
Garam Masala : 1tbs
Baking Soda : a pinch
Oil : to fry
Salt : to taste

Method:

First take the oil in a deep bowl put it on the stove heat the oil.

And next take the panneer in a plate and cut it small pieces like square shape.Then take another bowl in this add besan powder,mirchi powder, salt garam masala,baking soda mix them with water like smooth paste.

When oil is heated dip the panneer pieces in a besan paste and put them in oil and deep fry it .When it comes golden yellow colour. Remove from the oil take it in a plate & serve it with tomoto sauce.
