First take a kadai and in this add 4spoons of ghee add
vermicelli & oats stirring it for 1 minute.
Take another kadai in this add 2spoons of ghee in this
add dry fruits fry it for 1sec in this add 2cups of water,sugar,cardamom
seeds then boiled it. When it is boiled in this add vermicelli,oats then
boiled it for 10minutes.
Off the stove and now the semya oats payasam is ready
