Make a fine batter with all the ingredients except sugar syrup, oil and the ingredients for the stuffing and the sauce. Strain it. Heat oil in a frying-pan and pour in half the batter to make a thick pancake. Fry till light brown. Remove from oil and dip it in sugar syrup. Similarly make one more pancake with the remaining batter. Keep both pancakes aside.
To Prepare the Cheese Stuffing :
Add dates, sugar and cardamom powder to the cheese, mix well and keep aside. Place each pancake on an aluminium foil. Spread cheese mixture over the pancake. Then roll the pancake tightly. Refrigerate the rolled pancakes for 1-2 hours. Remove it from the refrigerator and slice.
Pour the cream on the serving dish and place the sweet rolls in it. Garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve.
