Method of Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and cook in some water
with salt. Drain off the excess water.
Heat oil in a pan and season mustard, chilly and
the dals. Add jaggery and let it melt.
Then add the cooked pumpkin and mix well.
Increase the heat and after about 4 - 5 minutes, add
the coconut and the rice flour and remove after 2 minutes.
