Take a bowl. Put besan, add water little by little and mix the dough to a thick

Cut the potatoes, slice thinly and add to the mixture. Coat the potatoes with the batter thoroughly on both sides.
Pour oil into a pan and heat it (For frying). Put the coated potato slices in hot oil and fry, a few at a time, turning them over, until light brown in color. Drain on a tissue paper/paper towel.
Serve hot with coffee or tea and your favourite chutney. ( White chutney
