Ingredients:
Besan Flour : 1cup
Cauliflower : 1cup(chopped)
Mirch Powder : 1spoon
Garam Masala : 1tbs
Baking Soda : 1 pinch
Oil : to fry
Salt : to taste

Method:

First take the oil in a deep bowl put it on the stove heat the oil.

And next take the flower pieces.Then take another bowl in this add besan powder,mirchi powder, salt garam masala,baking soda mix them with water like smooth paste.When oil is heated dip the flower pieces in a besan paste and put them in oil and deep fry it .When it comes golden yellow colour. Remove from the oil take it in a plate & serve it with tomoto sauce.
