Cooking Method :
Boil liver in water with little bit of salt and turmeric powder in the pressure cooker till a whistle.
Take small piecesof boiled liver in a mud pan. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, chilly, coriander & pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, all ½ tsp each along with curry leaves and little vinegar. Mix it well and keep aside for marination.
After some time light the stove and boil the marinated liver with some water and salt. After the water evaporates and the dish gets dry, take it off from the stove .
Then take a pan, heat some oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves ginger& garlic thinly sliced and a little bit of salt. Saute well, ass sliced onion & capsicum, followed by a little turmeric powder and ½ tbsp of coriander, pepper and chilly powder & then again saute well.
After that move the liver into the pan mix well and keep for about 10 mins on low heat.
Now the Liver Varattiyathu is ready to be served...
