Minced meat Curry

Minced meat or ground meat, usually used to make cutlets is delicious, and can be used to add flavour to curries or cooked as such with condiments like this dry minced meat dish.

Ingredients :
Chopped Beef - 1/2 kg
Coconut Oil - 2 tbs
Green Chilly - 15 no's
Ginger & Garlic crushed - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Diced Onion - 2 no's
Chopped tomatoes - 1 big
Coriander Powder - 2 tbs
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Desigated coconut - 1 cup
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Method of Preparation :

In a pressure cooker, add the chopped beef, onion, tomatoes, chilly, crushed ginger & garlic, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, 2 tbs of coconut oil, mix well and add 1/2 glass of water and cook on fire.

After a whistle keep for 15 min in low fire. Meanwhile saute the grated coconut in a pan with cumin seeds for 2 min.

Then grind this mixture together and mix this with the cooked meat. You can garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot.
