Cooking Method :
Take a mixy jar and add shallot, 1/2 the quantity of tomato, ginger, garlic & green chilly, then coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala, chilly powder and water. Gind well & move the masala to a plate.
Take chicken pieces in a plate and mix well with the masala mixture, turmeric powder and salt. marinate well and keep aside for 30 mins.
Take a pan and heat some oil, and curry leaves, chopped ginger & garlic, saute well and then add chopped onion, and mix well.
When the onion changes color, add chopped tomato green chilly, little pepper powder and salt in it. Again mix well.
When it changes to a gravy form and the oil separates, add the marinated chicken pieces and the masala mixture along with some water.
Close the pan and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes. After 15-20 min open the pan and transfer the curry to a plate. Garnish with coriander leaves.
