Banana Roast or Pazham Varattiyathu

Ingredients :

Ripe banana - 3 nos
Grated coconut - 1cup
Sugar - 4 to 5 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 4 tbsp

Preparation :

Heat ghee in a pan and roast raisins and cashew nuts in it and keep it both aside for later use.

Now add grated coconut in to the ghee and fry for 3 minutes.

Then add banana pieces along with cardamom powder into it and fry for 5 minutes.
