Cooking Method :
Boil liver in water with little bit of salt and turmeric powder in the pressure cooker till a whistle.
Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled liver, sliced ginger, garlic & green chillies (2 no). After it changes color, add coriander powder (1tsp), pepper powder, garam masala,, ginger garlic paste all 1 tsp each and salt to taste. Saute well till the oil separates.
Move the liver to a plate. Again heat some oil in the pan.
Add onion and curry leaves, ginger garlic paste (½ tsp) and mix it well with some salt. After that add some water little bit of Turmeric powder (¼ tsp), Chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder & pepper powder all ½ tsp each. Saute well. When the onions turn translucent add liver and mix well. Fry it well for some time.
Liver fry is ready . Serve hot..
