Cooking Method :
Add butter to smashed potato..
then add 1 egg yolk.
Add ginger garlic paste, kashmir chilli powder, pepper powder, all purpose flour, cornflour.
Make ball shapes out of the mixture. Dip the balls in beaten egg. Roll the balls in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry potato balls in it. Transfer to a plate when it turns into golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve hot.
