Kerala Meen Thala Curry

Ingredients :

Oil   Garlic
Ginger   Green Chilly
Onion   Salt
Curry leaves   Red Chilly Powder
Turmeric powder   Coriander powder
Cocum   Water
Seer fish head

Cooking Method :

Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions along with ginger and curry leaves. Add green chillies and chopped ginger saute on low flame till it becomes golden brown. Add coconut oil to avoid the condiments from getting burned. Add spices such as red chilly powder along with turmeric powder and coriander powder into the pan. Add a cup of water and continue stirring the recipe using a slotted spoon. Add kodampuli (cocum) into the curry along with its water and keep stirring. Now you may add salt to taste. Now add the half boiled seer fish head, pour over the gravy and let it boil.

Add in few curry leaves along with coconut oil for flavour and the kerala Meen thala curry is ready to serve.
