Pazham Nirachathu literally means stuffed bananas. Usually nenthrapazham Or Nendran Plantain, a variety native to South India, is used to make this sweet snack.

Originally from the Malabar region of Kerala, the snack is rooted in the 'Mappila'- Malabar Muslim culinary heritage.

Ingredients :

Ripe Banana
Coconut
Sugar
Maida
Oil

Cooking Method :

We use ripe bananas for it. First we will peel off the skin of banana and then we will make slits using a knife.
