Tomato Poha

Ingredients    
Poha - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2 nos
Onion - one (small)
Tomatoes - 2 (small)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil and curry leaves - as per the need

Method

Soak poha in water.

Wash and drain the water.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly, and curry leaves.

Saute onion till golden brown.

Add tomato, turmeric powder and needed amount of salt and fry it well.

Mix poha in to this...

Let the dish remain on medium heat for 4 minutes....

Switch off the stove. Now the dish is ready to serve.
