Poha is a traditional food of India, which is dry, flattened rice flakes.

Here is a different method to make tasty and quick poha dish for your unexpected guests.

Ingredients :

   
Poha - one or two cups
Oil or ghee - to fry
Grated coconut - three or four tsp
Sugar - 4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Cooking Method :

In a pan, heat coconut oil or ghee.

When the oil heats up, add poha to the oil. Keep stirring while you add poha.

It should be added in 4 or 5 batches with your hand or spoon.

Do not keep poha for a long time in the oil. Take it immediately out of the oil.

Now you can add grated coconut and sugar to this. You can also add jaggery or cardamom according to your taste.

Tasty fried poha is ready!!!
