Primarily set a vessel on the stove and boil potatoes, green chilly and ginger in water.
When it is cooked well, add coconut milk to the vessel and blend well.
Keep the vessel on the stove for 5 more minutes.
Add needed amount of salt and pepper powder into it.
When it starts boiling turn off the stove, add curry leaves and 1 tbsp of oil into it.
Pouring oil gives the dish a nice flavour...
Now the dish is ready to serve. You can serve it along with Appam, Paalappam or even chappathi... Try it out...
