Cooking Method :
Heat 1-2 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add thinly sliced onions into it and continue to sauté until the onions turn tender. Lets add ginger; garlic and green chillies into it followed by the spices such as coriander powder, garam masala and salt and continue sautéing. To this lets add second extract of coconut milk and vinegar and let it boil.
Add sliced hard-boiled eggs into the Ishtu. Then add the first extract of coconut milk along with a spoon full of pepper powder and mix well. Let the curry simmer for a few seconds..
Finally add a little coconut oil as it gives a good aroma to our Ishtu.
Your yummy Egg Ishtu is ready to serve.
