Instant Aloo Matar

Ingredients :

   
Potato
- 3-4 medium (cut into small cubes)
Peas
- 1/2 cup (frozen)
Tomato
- 1 big
Coriander
- few
Chilli powder
- 1/2 -1 tsp to taste
Turmeric powder
- a pinch
Oil
- 4 tbsp
Salt
- to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Method :

In a cooker put potato,1tbsp oil, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander, add some water and leave it for 1 whistle. now open the lid and add matar to this and cook for 2 mins.

In a kadai,heat the remaining oil, add only the potato and matar avoiding the juices. Fry for 2 mins, now add the remaining juices if any or add little water to wash the masala in the cooker..

Check the consitency required
Serve hot...
