Palak Paneer Recipe

Spinach - 250gms
Tomato - 3
Paneer (curd cheese) - 2cups
Potato  - 250gms
Onion (sliced) - 1
Garlic - 2 or 3 no's
Dried red chilli  - 2
Garam masala - 1tsp
Turmeric   - 1/4 tsp
Fresh coriander - 2 or 3 sprigs
Water - 2/3 cups
Ghee - 2tbs
Salt  - to taste

Heat the ghee in a pan, saute onions till it becomes brown, then add garlic and chilli and cook for a few minutes. Add the turmeric, salt, potatoes, tomatoes and water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

When the potatoes are almost cooked add the spinach, paneer, coriander and garam masala.

Simmer for a few more minutes till it is done.
