Heat the ghee in a pan, saute onions till it becomes
brown, then add garlic and chilli and cook for a few minutes. Add the
turmeric, salt, potatoes, tomatoes and water and bring to a boil. Simmer
for 10-15 minutes.
When the potatoes are almost cooked add the spinach,
paneer, coriander and garam masala.
Simmer for a few more minutes till it is done.
