For Stuffing :
Heat one tsp of oil. Put in all the masalas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add boiled green gram, potatoes and chillies. Mix well and cool.
Knead a hard dough with flour, green gram flour and oil.
Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out like chapatis and cut each into halves. Fill with stuffing and fold into a samosa. Seal edges with water. Deep fry and serve hot.
