Meat Korma

Meat Korma is a delicious dish with semi thick gravy which can be served with either rice or roti. You can either make lamb or beef or even chicken with the same recipe and is best served with Chapathi, poori or any other roti.

Ingredients :

Beef - ½ kg

Onion - 3 no

Tomato - 2 no

Green Chilly - 2-3 no

Vinegar - 2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp

ChillyPowder - 2 tbsp

Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp

Garam Masala - 1 tbsp

Meat Masala - 1 tbsp

Turmeric Powder - 1tsp

Salt - to taste

Cashew Paste - 1 cup

Preparation :

Marinate 500 gm beef with fine mixture of 1tbsp chilly powder, 1 tbsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste for 30 mins.

Place the meat in a cooker and chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, vinegar, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Close the cooker and cook for 5-6 whistles.

Heat some oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Then add 1tbsp chilly powder,1 tbsp coriander,1 tbsp garam masala, ½tbsp turmeric powder, and salt to taste again saute well.

After 5 minutes add cooked beef in the pan add some water then mix it well.

Add 1 cup cashew paste mix well and close the pan.

After 5-6 min open the pan and move the curry to a serving bowl.
Serve Hot!!!
