In a bowl take yogurt along with gram flour and whisk till it becomes a smooth consistency.
Now add 1 cups water and whisk again.
Meanwhile in a mixer grinder take green chillies, 2 cups of spinach leaves along with ginger and grind well to make a smooth paste.
Add this to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds along with cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add red chillies and chopped onion and mix well.
Once the onion gets cooked add a quarter tea spoon of turmeric powder and again mix well.
Now add the ground yogurt and spinach mixture to it along with salt as required, stir well till the gram flour gets cooked and thickens.
Now add the remaining chopped spinach leaves into it and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Now our Palak Kadhi is ready to serve. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot..
