Easy recipe for crispy, spicy, golden brown snacks, Semiya Vada

Ingredients :

Vermicilli/Semiya - 1 cup
Curd/yogurt - 1 cup
Dried red chillies - 3 to 4
Garlic and Ginger - Few
Cloves - 2
Onion - 1 (Chopped fine)
Curry Leaves - Few (Pinched to small bites)
Coriander leaves - 1 Small bunch, chopped
Salt - To taste

 Cooking Method :

Combine vermicelli and curd. Mix well and keep it for 1 hour. Grind red chillies, ginger , garlic, cloves and cinnamon to a fine paste.

Add the ground paste, chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to the prepared vermicelli and mix well.

Make small balls with the mixture and gently put in hot oil and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with some chutney and sauce.
