Curd Idli is a unique dish made from leftover Idlis

Ingredients :

Idli - 5-6
Thick Curd - 1 Cup
Sugar (Optional) - To taste
Salt - To taste
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Dry Red chillies - 4
Coconut (Sliced) - Half
Cashew Nuts - 4-5
Green Chillies (Sliced) - 3
Cilantro - To Garnish

 Cooking Method :

First cut each idli into four to six pieces.

Beat the curd along with water till it becomes smooth. Add required salt and sugar into it.

Heat oil in a small pan. Splutter mustard seeds, Urad dal, Curry leaves and dry red chilies. Add this to the beaten curd and mix it well.

Grind the cashew nut , coconut and green chillies together. Add it to the curd as well. Finally add the idlis to it and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
