Method Of Preparation:
    Finely chop the onions, tomatoes,  green chilies and keep it aside. Now take a bowl and add the eggs, onion, green  chilies, tomatoes, coriander, milk, red chilly powder and salt to taste.  
    Now  with the help of an egg beater or fork beat the eggs till it's nice and foamy.  Take a tava and apply oil on it and bring to heat. When the oil is hot pour  half the egg mixture and roll the tava so that the mixture spreads all over the  tava evenly.  
    Cook till one side is done and then flip it over. Remove and do  the same with the remaining mixture.  
    Serve hot with bread or roll it in a roti  and serve with some tomato sauce.  |
