Cooking Method :
To start off, add coconut oil into a large skillet, to this add chopped ginger, Garlic, Onions, Green chillies and Curry leaves.
Now that the Veggies are cooked lets add the Masala's such as Red chilly powder, Turmeric Powder and Coconut Milk into the recipe.
Lets add the soaked Malabar Tamarind to the recipe.
Once the curry boils lets add the thinly sliced King fish into the recipe along with a little of salt.
This is a spicy recipe and is best when served as a side dish along with Appams,Chappatis or with Rice.
