Cooking Method :
To start off, add coconut oil into a large skillet, to this add chopped ginger, Garlic, Onions, Green chillies, Curry leaves and Tomatoes into the pan and saute.
Now that the condiments are cooked lets add the spices such us Red chilly powder and Turmeric powder.
To this add prawns along with Coconut milk and let the curry cook for five minutes.
Now lets add our main Ingredients Ginger paste for flavouring.
This is a chinese recipe now made in Traditional Kerala style. Finally add cream into the recipe and our Ginger Prawns is ready to serve.
Ginger Prawns goes well with Appams or with Rice.
