Mix all the above ingredients in and bowl together to a thick batter.
First wash Gobi and allow to become completely dry.
Then deep fry in a oil for 3mins and when it becomes cool, put inside the mixture and mix it with a hand nicely and keep marinate for an hour.
Then put a oil in a pan when it is hot put the marinated Gobi in a hand one by one and deep fry till it is golden brown.
When it is ready garnish with coriander and serve with finely chopped onion, chopped lemon.
