Take the green peas and soak it in water for at least 4 hours. Drain for half an hour.
Put it into the mixer jar and grind it in a blender without water into a coarse paste.

Add chopped small onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, asafetida and required amount of salt into it.

Take a small amount of the ground mixture and make a ball. Place it in the center of your palm and flatten it slightly. Make Vadas in this shape until all the mixture is used up.

Heat oil in a pan. Keep the stove on medium flame. Now put the vadas into the oil one by one and let it fry well. Ensure that both sides are evenly fried. After that take it out from the oil with a slotted spoon.

Now you can serve the vadas in a serving dish.
