Method of Preparation -
Add oil to the heating pan, put mustard seed, cummin seed and ginger garlic paste, add choppd onions to it and keep frying with a pinch turmeric powder
Keep frying untill the onions turn brown,
Now add the chopped capsicums to it and keep frying and close it with the lid.
Now in another pan, fry peanuts, sesame seed, and grated coconut and grind the mixture.
Now add the grinded mixture to the cooking capsicums with salt, chilly powder and coriander powder to it as per the taste an keep it in sim for 5-10 mints,
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
