       Method : 
      Mix all ingredients for marination and put the chicken into it. 
        Keep it aside in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. 
      For the Masala: 
       Heat the oil in a pan and put the ginger garlic paste 
        into it. Heat a little and add the ground onions. When the onions start 
        leaving oil, add the tomato puree. Heat a little and add 2 tsp garam masala 
        powder. Now add the marinated chicken and heat till the chicken gets a 
        reddish brown colour. Add 1-2 cups water and cover the pan. 
        Heat till the chicken is fully cooked and only a little amount of gravy 
        is left. 
      Serve hot and enjoy with hot naans or rotis...  |
