Heat oil in a pan & sauté the garlic and
green chilly for a minute. Add the cabbage and sauté well. Add
water and slit drumstick with bay leaf and salt.
Boil it for few minutes and allow it to cool. Remove
the bay leaf and puree the mixture nicely in a blender.
Strain and reheat the puree and check the consistency
Garnish it with sautéed red cabbage and serve
