Cabbage Salad

Cabbage, the leafy veggie that is rich in fiber, is excellent in burning fat and provide great resistance power against diseases. Raw cabbage is more beneficial than cooked ones.

Ingredients :

Diced cabbage -

2 cups

Chopped ginger - 2 tbsp
Chopped Green chilies - 3 to 4 nos
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 2tbsp
Salt   to taste

Method of Preparation:

Take the formerly diced cabbage in a pan, and mix well with the other ingredients such as ginger, green chilies, Soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Add salt according to your taste.. Now switch on the stove and keep the pan on medium flame for a few minutes. Slowly sauté the mixture and take care not to overcook the cabbage.

Our spicy cabbage salad is ready to munch. Transfer it onto a bowl and enjoy.
