Green Peas Soup

Cooked Peas

Butter

Flour

Milk

Powdered pepper

Meat stock or boiled water

Salt

Mix the butter and flour with meat stock.

Mix the cooked peas and milk in a mixer till it becomes a smooth paste. Add this to the meat stock.

Simmer in sauce pan on slow fire till soup is smooth and thick.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
