Dissolve sugar in 1 cup of water and filter it. Place
it in fire and add citric acid into it.
When the solution becomes thick, remove it from the fire.
Add the juice of passion fruit and ginger juice into it and stir well.
Simmer the contents again stirring continuously. Bring
to a boil and remove from fire and allow to cool.
When the solution cools, take 1/4
cup of juice from it and dissolve potassium meta bisulphate in it. Pour
this to the remaining squash and stir well.
Store the squash in an airtight bottle.
