Preparation :
In a bowl add corn flour, rice flour, all purpose flour, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, required water and mix it to make a thick paste.
Put the paneer pieces in the paste and coat it completely.
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the coated paneer and keep it aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add curry leaves along with green chilly and saute for some time.
Now add coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder along with required salt and mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add the fried paneer pieces and toss it well.
Paneer butter pepper is ready.Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.
